How to get your Certificate of Compliance?

The process of arranging an inspection and submitting an inspection report to your local council and obtaining a Certificate of Compliance.

1. Local Council Registration

Our inspector will visit an owner’s pool or spa to carry out a formal inspection based on a Council registration letter. A Certificate of Compliance will be issued if the regulations are met. If the legal standards are not met, the inspector will issue a detailed rectification inspection report. He will guide and assist the owner to complete the rectification project within 60 days.

2. Our One Tick inspector will visit you

An inspector will visit an owner’s swimming pool or spa to carry out a formal inspection (Victorian Building Standards) based on a Council registration letter. An inspection compliance certificate will be issued if the regulations are met; if the legal standards are not met, the inspector will issue a detailed rectification inspection report, and the owner must complete the rectification project within 60 days.

3. Submit a Certificate of Compliance to the Local Council

After the inspection is completed, owners must submit a Certificate of Compliance to their local council within 30 days. Owners will require inspections every 4 years. We will send you ongoing reminders so you do not miss deadlines
